PRE-RESERVATION
RATE is $99.00 per night which include a deluxe complimentary
breakfast at this upscale Hampton Inn. To take advantage of this rate, and not pay the
New Jersey taxes you must reserve your room by March 30, 2008.
TO
INSURE THIS RATE YOU MUST:
1. Call the hotel at 732-855-6900
and reserve your room. Tell them it is for the MCL
conference. You will need to give them a credit card number, but this will not be
charged to your account.

The
Department of New Jersey will submit a check to the hotel to cover the rooms
reserved by members at the pre-reservation rate. The Department is tax-exempt.
If
you do not wish to take advantage of this rate, you will still be able to reserve a room
but will pay the full amount which will be about $115.00 per night.
There
are numerous eateries within walking distance, (McDonalds,
Pizza Hut and Dunkin
Donuts). There is also a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. There
are many others
within short driving distance. There is a shopping center behind the Hampton Inn,
(Walmart. etc).
There is a landmark restaurant located about a 15 minute ride north on Route 1 & 9. It is not a fancy place but the food is good and reasonable. The restaurant is named "Big Stash's" which will give you an idea of the foods available. If you wish to go, directions will be available or you can follow Rich and Gladys Basile at about 1630 (4:30p.m.) on Friday evening.
There will be a Hospitality Room.
There will probably be a Ships Store.

NORTHEAST CONFERENCE DINNER
Saturday, 19 April 2008
On Saturday evening we will have a buffet dinner. If you require a special diet please let Rich Basile know.
Price
for the dinner buffet will be $31.00 per person and will include stuffed shells, chicken
francaise, sausage and peppers, roasted red skin potatoes, string bean almandine, Caesar
salad, cookies, dinner rolls, etc.
All reservations
must be made by March 30, 2008. No reservations can be made the night of the dinner.
